Plate Pre-treating with shot-blasting and cleaning machine → Plate Cutting with CNC flame/plasma cutting machine and cutting dolly → External and Internal Longitudinal Seam Welding of Single Section Shell with internal longitudinal seam welding and external longitudinal seam welding → Flange Fit Up, Base Flange Welding Equipment with flange fit-up platform and flange welding platform → Fit Up Welding Line with fit-up turning rolls and crocodile mouth type fit-up turning roll (for off wind tower fit-up) →Wind Tower Inside and Outside Circular Seam Welding with column type welding manipulator or gantry type welding manipulator → Sanding Blasting and Painting with turning rolls
