TYPE:Filming machine

الوصف

ZKT: Standard machines are applied to stick one film flat on the window of the paper.

ZKT-A: A series are able to stick films on two windows at the same time and they are also suitable for sticking two layers of films on express mail envelops.

ZKT-B: B series are applied to stick films on windows with *0 degrees corner. And they are configured with cutting two angles of the film and scoring on the window of the film.

Structural Characteristic:

1. The machine is suitable for carton and corrugated paper, flat belt paper suction mechanism, paper feeding without shutting down the machine, position accurately.

2. The gluing part is suitable for various shapes of windows, gluing mode of turning wheel guarantees the evenness of gluing and controls the glue amount on the paper sheet according to the paper sheet condition.

3. It adopts the elaborate design micro-adjustment function, easy adjustments.

4. ZKT-B series and Model **0 are widely used for *0 degrees of angel window samples, have the function of angle cutting and scoring, is adopting PLC programming technology, driving by the imported servomotors to ensure precision and stability.

Model **0 Features:

1. Imported servomotors and micro-adjustment function are adapted to accurate film in-feed.

2. Gluing unit can be easily pull-out, easy for setting up and cleaning, simple and convenient.

3. The Imported servomotor could adjust the length of film.

4. Rotary cross cutter and application of cylinder allow flattering cut.

5. If one or more blanks are missing, the suction belt is automatically lowered to avoid being stained by glue.

6. Film scoring and cutting angle can be arbitrarily set.
