The chipper Skorpion **0 SDB is designed for shredding tree limbs and trunks/stubs with diameter of up to **0 mm.

This is a drum model with three cutting knives and a screen ensuring high regularity of chips. Chips are thrown out through a chimney which can turn round by **0 degrees.

The essential equipment of the chipper includes a hydraulic propulsion system that drives the feeding rollers and is driven by its own hydraulic pump. Standard models also have a lever system of the hydraulic divider that can change the direction of the feeding rollers.

The propulsion system is a three-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine with capacity of *8,5 hp furnished with a bonnet. **-liter fuel tank allows several hours’ work in the field.

The chipper is also additionally equipped with an electronic system of work control, protecting the machine against excessive duty through temporary stopping the feeding.

Chips made by Skorpion **0 SDB can be used as a solid fuel for heating in buildings (burning in ovens/stoves), as raw material to produce compost, for decorative purposes in gardens, parks, etc., and after additional disintegrating in a mill for production of pellets and briquettes.
