Zhengzhou Skytar manufacture high-effective biomass pellet machine, absorb the advantage of international technology, the main parts are two-tier die and special assembly structure, roller is manufactured with high-alloy wear-resistant materials, vertical feeding design, high productive and low power consume, this product is used for hard to glue and difficult to molding materials such as: rice hull, peanut shell and other shells, wood leftovers, straws, rubber, cement, ash etc, used for feeding plant, wood processing plant, fuel plant, manure plant and chemical plant etc.

Six characteristics:
1, Vertical feeding structure;
2, Static mould, roller rotates, materials centrifuge and distribution around;
3, Two-layer mould and both can be used, reduce cost and improve effencience, also can be used together then can improve production;
4, Circular mould, vertical structure, better for heat dissipation;
5, Special output setting to ensure the ratio of briquetting;
6, Special lubrication system to ensure lubricating without stopping.

Three difference:
1, Mould is upward, vertical feeding: Usually ring die biomass pellet machine is fed in the side, then some light materials is difficult to be otherwise add forced feeding setting, even though it is still not on average, and the most important is the old design is not good for heat dissipation then restrict drive system(gear, bearing) life. Flat-Die biomass pellet machine have two kinds of structures, even it also has vertical feeding set but still some shortcoming there:

Mould rotate system of flat mould biomass pellet machine usually the materials will be easy to heap up to cause unbalance feeding then will influence the production;

Roller rotate system of flat mould biomass pellet machine has centrifugal force which throw the materials around the mould then the center will be blank will influence the production too.

2, The rebound of the two high layer mould make the feeding materials around the surface. Compare with the usual flat pellet machine for the mould circulate system there is not any centrifugal force, for the roller circulate the direction of centrifugal is different with mould.

3, Two layer mould make more functions and high effective: Mould has two parts then can output two kinds of production. And for some high viscosity materials can use higher roller and two layer mould which can get much more production compare with normal machine.
