XH***1 is a high voltage and high sensitivity all pole Hall switch chip designed using bipolar semiconductor technology. The chip is composed of a voltage stabilizing unit, Hall voltage generator, differential amplification circuit, temperature compensation circuit, and collector open circuit output circuit. Working form: Input magnetic induction intensity, output as digital voltage signal. Provide two packaging forms, TO*2S and SOT***3L, both of which comply with RoHS standards.
