Complete tyre recycling plant-Spare parts
The complete tyre recycling plant is composed by 9 parts:reactor,catalyst chamber,oil-water separator,heavy oil tank,horizontal condenser,light oil tank,safety device,vacuum pump,dust removal device.
Reactor:1.Made by **5R *6mm boiler plate  
         2.Auto welding both inside and outside
         3.With rock wool insulation board
Catalyst chamber:1.Improve oil yield and oil quality 
  2. Reduce the speed of oil gas                                  so that it can be better cooled
Heavy/Light oil tank:2 tanks for storing the oil
Water oil separator:1.Separate the oil and water                                        2.Heavy oil is collected here  
             3.Water sealing design keep safety
Horizontal condenser:1.Newest design of cooling system,the oil gas is cooled separately by small pipes inside condenser,maximize the cooling effect and improve the oil yield.   2.Light oil is collected here
Vacuum device:Keep machine running under normal pressure
Anti-back fire device:1.Recycle tail gas to furnace as fuel,saving energy  
                         2.Water sealing design prevent tempering
Dust removal device:Dispose of flue gas caused by using coal, wood, oil or natural gas.
Complete tyre recycling plant-Working process
1.Put raw material into reactor by auto feeder, then close feeding door.
2.Make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min.
3.Burned the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around *0℃, oil gas will come out.
4.The oil gas will through catalyst chamber and condenser pipe,getting to the water oil separator.Some water of the tyres will sink to the bottom,and the oil will float on the water.Then about *0% oil will flow to the first oil tank.
5.The other gas will go to cooling system,it through slowly and have a good recycle in horizontal condenser.Then we will get about *0% oil flow to the second oil tank.
6.Some incondensable gas which cant cool down will be get to the anti-back fire device,then it will be recycled to the heating system,used to heat reactor which can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is OK. 
7.When the temperature get to about **0℃，there are no tyre in the reactor,and the oil will come out over.At this time,we will stop heating,when the temperature fall down to **0℃- **0℃. Then open the door of carbon black discharging system,and make it rotate anticlockwise, the carbon black will get to the pool automatically.
8. After discharging carbon black,open the vacuum pump device.Release the air inside the furnace,avoiding to catch fire.
9.When the temperature deduce to about *0℃, we can opened the door of reactor take steel wire out.

Complete tyre recycling plant-Application of end products
Crude oil: Oil from tyre oil extraction machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning. 
Carbon black: First,Carbon black from tyre oil extraction machine is crude. You can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies. Second, could make further process, make carbon black powder into carbon black briquette, use it for burning.
Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.
Waste gas: we have a speical design could recycling it into fire furnace for burning.
