INTRODUCE:
Y****0 Series low–voltage, big power motors are total-enclosed self-fan cool squirrel-cage (TEFC) motors, Which are developed, designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of Series Y2 motors. For this Series, we used many new materials and adopted some new and advanced technologies and high-level manufacturing skills. The mounting dimensions comply with IEC Standard. This Series has many advantages such as tight construction, good-looking overall appearance, low noise, low vibration, and high reliability. It can be suitable for driving machines such as pumps, compressors, coal millers,. Transportation machines and machine tools.
For stator windings, we use insulated materials with Insulation Class F. The complete stator winding are vacuum press-impregnated (VPI), which can enable the stator windings to possess high-thermal stability and long life. Cast aluminum or copper bar welding technologies are used for rotor makings ,by which reliability and durability can be guaranteed. In order for customers to detect the motor temperature and avoid the windings burning of overheated, thermistors are to be laid inside the windings.
