Y2 series three phase electric motor

GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Y2 series motors (center height H*****5mm, 0.*****5kw) are totaly enclosed fan cooled, three-phase, squirrel cage induction motors. This series is an entirely updated generation product aimed to replace Y series. It is up to the international standard in the nineties. 
Besides those feathures of Y series, Y2 series motors are characterized by such outstanding features as: Protection degree: IP*5; Insulation class: F, temperature rise class B (execpt Y****5L**2.4poles and Y****5 according to class F); Low noise (test at load); Better structure. Cooling metho is IC**1. The rated output and the mounting dimensions are conformed to IEC standard and DIN ****3. 
Y2 series are general purpose motors suitable for driving various kinds of machines. Rated voltage is **0V, *0HZ. Y-connection for motors up to 3kw, star connection for 4kw and above. 
For Y2 series motors, there is usually one shaft extension. But two shaft extensions are available on special order. Motors with special voltages, prequencies, outdoor use, humid tropic services or any other particular services are available on request.
