Range of usage:
1. Low sugar yeast:
Suitable for making bread and bread products with a sugar content
of ***0% on flour
weight basis, including staple bread, pizza, biscuits, etc.
2. High Sugar yeast:
Suitable for making bread and bread products with a sugar content
of ****5% on flour
weight basis, including all kinds of staple bread, sweet bread,
especially suitable for
heavy sugar & oil breads & all methods of dough mixing.
3.Household packing yeast: Applicable to all kinds of bread, buns
and baking pancakes.
Method of application
1. Dosage: When make Sweet Bread, the yeast dosage should be as
0.**1.2 % of
Flour weight. For Low Sugar Dough, the dosage should be 0.**0.5% of
flour weight.
When the temperature is low or we want to shorten the fermentation
time, we can
increase the amount of dosage appropriately. And we can reduce the
dosage when
on the contrary.
2.Method of use: Add yeast to the flour directly, then add the
other ingredients and
mix them uniformly.
3. Recipe
(1)The recipe of Steamed bread, buns:
â— Method 1: Places the mixing dough for ****0 minutes, then split
the dough and keeps them about *0 minutes for fermentation, then
steam for *5 minutes.
â— Method 2: Splits the mixing dough, then places them in a warm
place at about *8 ℃ , then let them ferment to the appropriate
degree ,then places them on the steamer and steams for *5 minutes
.
(2)The recipe of bread
Shelf Life: 2 years, if stored in the original closed vacuum
package. Once opened, shelf life is reduced to *8 hours.
