A PROJECT TO ASSIST THE NEEDY AND POOR WITHIN THE COMMUNITY { THESE ARE SLUMS DWELLERS WHO CAN`T AFFORD US $ 1 A DAY } INTRODUCTION (We need your helping Hand) This is a Self Help Group which was initiated on January ***6 as a feeding and learning center and registered In Kenya with the Ministry of Gender, Sports, Culture & Social Services on the *3th day of July ***6 for the purpose of assisting the MOST FUNARABLE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY WITH VARIOUS LIVE CHALEGES ***** HIV/Aids, lack of a daily meal orphans and other needy children in the slum of Nairobi with a slum population of 1.5 million. The initiator of the project Lonah Maweu, who is a long serving graduate teacher and a Primary School Headmistress, has been brought up in a strong Christian family and grew up as a committed Christian with love and sympathy for children. Now she is retirering as Head Mistress of a senior school in the neighborhood to serve the needy people of her community. The less fortunate children of the slums have touched her heart. And she is looking forward to you, to give a hand and send your Kind assistance worthy course. You can Chose a project to sponsor or sent your donation for one or more of the following:- 1. Acquiring sufficient land for expansion 2. Build classrooms and dormitories and have your name engraved on it/them. 3 sponsor a child on any of the following:-primary/secondary education, Vocational activities tailoring, carpentry, computer learning And accommodation, 4.
