ZD VIBRATING FEEDER

In the production process, the massive and granular materials can be uniformly,regularly and continuously supplied to the receiving device from the storage silo.In the sand gravel production line,the machine can feed materials to the crusher continuously and uniformly plus coarse screening.Its widely used in the crushing and screening plants of metallurgy,coal mining,mineral separation,building materials,chemical industry,abrasive etc.

Working principle

The feeding process is realized by using a special vibration motor to power the exciter to drive the feeding chute,leading to Reciprocating vibration.As the feeding chute accelerates,the vertical component is greater than the gravitational acceleration,material in the chute is thrown up and jump forward on a parabolic trajectory.The throwing-up and drop are Instantaneously completed.The feeding chute vibrates continuously along with the persistent excitation of the exciter, material in the chute jumps forward continuously to achieve the purpose of feeding.
