The FMP fine zinc powder performs excellently in proprietary protective coatings & systems. The latter are in use in construction metal structures; concrete and reinforced-concrete structures; supporting poles and masts for the railway electric networks and electricity transmitting lines; oil-and-gas facilities; bridges; ship building and repair; road railings, etc. Copper alloy nanopowders make the core of these materials. When introduced into a lubricant, they form a protective coat of a nano-crystalline structure on the friction surface preventing the latter’s destruction and thus ensuring extended service life of engines and machinery. The product line includes a number of anti-wear preparations, metal-cladding greases and maintenance composites.
