Application:
ZNG series high speed pulp washer can remove fine impurities such  s ink particles and fillings in waste paper efficiently. It is widely used as the washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for ONP, used account book and MOW, etc.

Design Features:
High ash removal: above *0%; Significant brightness has been  hieved.
High efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8~1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency *0~*5% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper. Compact structure and less space requirement, totally closed structure, cleanness and low noise, simple and easily for changing wire, no drop leg required.
Lower energy consumption for pulp washing and thickening, low power required.
