Building fresh cold storage is a way
for prolonging fruit and vegetables’ standing storage to inhibit
microbe and enzyme activities.
The technology of cold storage
keeping fresh of perservation is the main method of modern fruit
and vegetables low temperature freshness. The temperature range of
fruit and vegetables freshness is
0℃~*5℃.
Fresh cold storage can reduce
the incidence of pathogens and decay rate of fruit, and slow the
breathing metabolic process of fruit, so as to achieve the purpose
of preventing dacay and extending the storage
period.
