There are independent heating wires of two sections, firstly preheated and then heated.
 
The pre-heating section can improve rate of finished products by ensure heating evenly.
 
The configuration of pre-heating furnace and heating furnace are as following: Radiation heating + Radiation heating, Forced convection heating + Radiation heating, Forced convection heating + Forced convection heating.
