The AB Chair is a unique fitness and rehabilitation product that exercises the entire midsection. This includes the abdominal, oblique, and the muscles of the mid-to-lower back of the spinal column. One of the many unique features of this product is its ability to function as an extension of the torso; meaning, whatever position the torso can get into, so can The AB-Chair.
