ADHESIVE PLASTER

REGULATIONS

The plaster E**0 is a conglomerate of gypsum for construction use “Plaster La Maruxiña”, classified as E**0 and European A title. Complies with the standard UNE-EN *2.**0:***1 and RD ***0/***9 (CE marking).

This product has been awarded the AENOR brand, as set forth in regulation Particular RP *5.*1.

DESCRIPTION

It is employed as a clamping paste for all kind of prefabricated products of base plaster.

The composition of this material is plaster mix with additives to improve the adherence and workability.

As well can be use for professional to fix marble and granite bathrooms and stairs.

TECHCNICAL CHARACTERISTIQUES

1.- Classified to reaction fire: A1

2.- Adhesive plaster it is present as fine white powder.

3.- Fineness of Grind: ≤ *0% retained on sieve of **0 microns.

4.- 6,5 ≤ pH  ≤ *0,5

5.- Workability time between 2:*0 to 3.*0 hours. Can be different on depending the water, knead, temperature and  kneading way.

 6.- Recommended maximum thickness **2cm

** Note: Times to use it could have variations depending of reaction to the water/gypsum, temperature, water ph, kind of bracket, time and smoothie speed.

RECOMENDATIOS (WORKABILITY TIME)

EMPLOYMENT MODE RECOMMENDED

1.- Pouring water into the working container, let the adhesive plaster drop between fingers slowly to saturation. Leave it for **6 minutes and then knead either manual or mechanically.

2.- Once homogenized is ready for use to install partition or for mouldings and rosettes. In the case of the partition, use the required amount in the guide of the same, placing another on top of the adhesive plaster, allowing the movement of the product into guide until the definitive place.

3.- Do not add additives due it could produce an alteration in the process of setting and also in final resistance of product.

4.- Must use clean water with a temperature between 5º and *0º.

5.- Recommended temperature application between 5º and *0º.

PRESENTATION AND STORAGE

 The product is sold in transparent plastic bags (5 kg. ±5%), in white paper (*0Kg and *5 kg. ±5%), with red label.

The storage of this product should be in dry places and with a temperature superior of *0ºC to preserve its properties.
