*3.          Origin :- Scope of origin of material will be supplier account. Other scope of Origin will be India, Oman and Philippines
*4.          Price:- Offered price is USD *5 inclusive 8 US dollar ocean freight  ,however the price can be vary 2 to 3 dollar at the time of final confirmation,  subject to ocean freight.  
*5.          Payment Terms:- Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible L/C, **0% payable at sight and issued by a reputable international banker accepted by the seller.
*6.          Quality & Quantity:-  Sampling and analysis shall be carried out in accordance with ASTM/ISO Standards at load port by SGS or Independent Inspection Agency (IIA) at . The Certificate of Sampling and Analysis issued at load port by the independent surveyor shall be final and binding on both the parties for **0% payment.
