1. High Agitation Efficiency

In comparison with the portable or top entering type agitator ,the necessary power consumption is small even in case of the large capacity agitation.Thus,it shows the most favorable efficiency.

2. Quiet and Smooth Operation

The agitation shaft has the sufficient diameter and is provided with the special V belt. Therefore, good balance is obtained and it is free from the vibration and noise.

3. Perfect Shaft Sealing Device

Complete gland seal system was studied and adopted. The design calculation is made as to each case so that the longest service life may be obtained. The replacement work can be carried out in a simple way.

4. Adjust Device of Motor Basis

The tension can be always given to the belt.

5. Construction

It is mounted at the side face of the lower tank section by use of the flange. V belt is used for the agitation under the reduced speed.

The shaft sealing section is provided with the oil-less metal, graphite packing, etc. As the case may be, the mechanical seal of the special design is applied for the complete sealing.
