Airset/no-bake/self-hardening Furan Resin

The ZF series self-hardening furan resin, developed and manufactured by our company, is environmental and suitable for all types of casting including steel, iron and non-ferrous parts, with variety complete. It is pale yellow to reddish brown liquid with following features:
1. Low viscosity, convenient for measurement and easy for mixture, in favor of mold sand liquidity.
2. Less content of free formaldehyde and less odor, good for working condition improvement and environment.
3. Specific strength is high, which means less resin will be added and good for the improvement of casting parts’ quality.
4. Good collapsibility and easy for clearance of the sand.
5. The casting parts, produced by our furan resin, will be more accurate with smooth and bright surface, which will reduce labor for clearance and improving produce efficiency.
