Conventional powder press production technology production technology as below:

Dosing—Ball mill—Mixer (de-ironing)—sprayer—homogenizing—isostatic press—shuttle kiln—inspection—packing—warehousing

Wet forming technology as below

Dosing—ball mill—Mixer (de-ironing) —filter press—pug mill—extruder—ball twisting machine—dyer—shuttle kiln

Compare to conventional powder dust press technology, wet forming production technology featured as below;

1.      As complete production using wet forming technology, it accordance with low carbon policy, it is canceled sprayer, big press machine, largely save the energy and energy consumption.
