API Tube production line

Tube production line is designed by FF type or cage forming or rolling type forming method to manufacture round, rectangular and square tube from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

Composition(Used Tube Machinery):
Raw materials charging trolley →butt to butt uncoiler (or single arm uncoiler) →coil peeler and leveler→shear and welder →horizontal accumulator→ hydraulic station →forming and sizing mill → high frequency welder→ cutoff machine(or milling saw)→straightener→ end facing and chamfering →run-out table→ coupling→ tube coating→ tube varnishing→ collector
