Application: The crosslinkers(cross-linking agent) can be thinned(or dispersed) with water, and mainly crosslink the hydroxy-functional waterbased resins，waterborne coatings and adhesives.
  The product is non-dangerous and non-poisonous,be packed with *0kg,**0kg steel  barrel and can be transported as   ordinary liquid. The period of guarantee quality is *2 months with storing in cool, dark place at room temperature.      Chemical Composition: Hydrophilic Aliphatic Polyisocyanate，Non-yellowing type.
