This product is processed by making the paper base soaked in lowsoftening perroleum asphalt, then covered with high-softening petroleum asphalt, and last coated with isolating materials such as talk powder. It is widely applied to the simple waterproofing, temporary-building waterproofing, building dampproofing, packing;as well as the single, multi-layers waterproofing of building roofs, underground facilities, water conservancy projects, etc.
