How to Tune Turbocharged Engine ?
 

There are five basic methods for turbocharger tuning to increase engine power:
1. Increase boost pressure
The simplest way to increase power of a turbocharged engine is to increase the boost pressure.  However,  the boost pressure increase is limited by the turbocharger design limitation and the charge cooling system.

2. Fit a charge cooler or larger charge cooler (intercooler) either air/air or water/air
Higher charge temperatures will reduce the amount of power produced by the engine. A charge cooler or intercooler is introduced to cool the charge before entering the engine.
