Product Description

The ZPP-40A Tablet Bottling Machine for bobbin bottles is
applicable to the packing of bigger and thinner tablets which are
orderly fed into bobbin bottles/tubes in a single row in an
overlapping way.


The device utterly adopts a PLC for centralized control. It is
verified in fiber and photoelectric detection and other kinds of
detection to have steady performance and reliably automatic
operation.


It can automatically give alarms and shut down in case of no
tablets, bottles, or covers. Its part in contact with the tablets
is made of superior 316 stainless steel. which can fully
requirement of GMP.

Features

1. Bottle cap vibration system: manually load the bottle caps on
the hopper, and automatically arrange the bottle caps on the shelf
to block by the vibration system.

2. Tablet feeding system: manually put the tablets into the hopper,
vibrate, and automatically send the tablets into the channel for
packaging preparation.

3. Pipe feeding device: manually put the pipe into the hopper, and
shake the system to automatically feed the pipe into the shelf.
Before putting it in the hopper, the direction of the test tube
should be checked manually.

4. Bottle cap pushing device: when the test tube gets the tablets,
the bottle cap pushing system will automatically open the bottle
cap and close the test tube, no tablets are not covered, no tube is
not covered.

5. Electronic control part: This machine is controlled by PLC, air
cylinder, and stepper motor. With an automatic multi-function alarm
system.
