Applications & Features of
Product:
Steel Ball Coal Mill
mainly used for grinding all kinds of hardness coal in thermal
power plant with higher adaptability reliable operation and
convenient
maintenance.
Technical features
1.Special casting technology is used for
end covers. This design structure without any stress concentration
insures no rupture occurred at end cover.
2.Girth gear adopts radial
sealing to insure no dust entering into the gear
housing.
3.Separate structure is
used in pinion, optimum material is applied for gear and
gear-shaft.
4.Main bearing is adopted
with a series of advanced technologies, such as double-segments
surface center aligning structure, piston-ring typed sealing, inside-setting
snake pipe cooling, high-low pressure united lubrication and
temperature taking under the bush, these can insure no bush burning
occured.
5.The bolts for liner are
made from high strength material *5CrMo without any broken.
6.It is now the most
advanced to adopt model manufacture process which can fully insure
main parts with a fine interchangeability.
7.Wearing liners are used
in inlet and outlet hoppers, their service life is
enhanced.
8.Ensure the mill is
operated in optimum state all the time to adopt Electric Ear
Control Unit to control coal level, and
9.Automatic Ball
Charging Device can supply wearing steel balls in accordance with
steel ball consumption during operation.
