Product Description: RE-SWA Scale Washing Solution is a liquid formulation with compatible active materials designed to remove water scale and rust from boilers, heat exchangers, compressors, cooling coils, and other equipment. It is suitable for use in various industries, including utility companies, paper mills, chemical plants, steel mills, and mines.

Typical Physical Properties:

Applications: RE-SWA is formulated to effectively remove water scale and rust from boilers, heat exchangers, compressors, cooling coils, and other equipment across various industries such as utility companies, paper mills, chemical plants, steel mills, and mines.

Recommended Treatment Steps:

1. Application Concentration:
   • For heavy scale and deposits: Use RE-SWA undiluted.
   • For light scale and deposits: Dilute RE-SWA 1:1 with water (add acid to water when diluting).
2. Heating the Solution:
   • Heat the solution (water/RE-SWA) to *0°C (**8°F).
3. Feeding the Solution:
   • Feed the heated solution from the bottom up to fill all internal surfaces of the equipment.
4. Circulation and Discharge:
   • Circulate the solution inside the boiler for 1 hour.
   • After 1 hour, discharge the solution to the drain.
5. Rinsing:
   • Rinse the equipment multiple times with clean water.
6. Secondary Cleaning:
   • Use RE-SWB to clean any residue of RE-SWA, following the same application method as RE-SWA.
7. Final Rinsing:
   • Rinse the equipment multiple times with clean water to ensure complete removal of all residues.
