Introduction

Fiberglass chopped strand mat is a non-woven E-or C-glass fiberglass mat, products manufactured by spreading continuous filament roving of *0mm in length randomly and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in powder form (or other binder in emulsion form). This product is characterized by good combination of resin, easy operation, good wet strength retention, good laminate transparency and low cost. It is suitable for the applications by hand lay-up FRP moldings.

Application

Fiberglass chopped strand mats are an unwoven fabric flake consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with an emulsion binder

a)  Boats, vessels, planes

b) Automotive-parts and cooling towers

c) Filament winding, compression molding &continuous laminating processes.

Packaging

Individual packaging: each roll is wound on a cardboard tube (inner diameter *6mm or *0mm)and protected by a plastic bag, then it will be put into a carton.

Each pallet contains *2or *6 rolls with type of 4*4.
