      ASSEMBLE WASTE PRODUCT(S) POTENTIAL.
*-Petroleum coke can serve as either an energy source or carbon source. Fuel grade petroleum coke, which serves as an energy source, represents about *1 percent of the total “pet coke” production. This product is burned to produce energy used in making cement, lime, co-generation and other industrial applications.
*-A particularly attractive feature of petroleum coke is that it produces *4,**0 BTU/pound as compared to the 8,**0 to *3,**0 BTU/pound associated with coal and, unlike coal, has very little ash.
*-The cement/lime industries, for instance, utilize large amounts of petroleum coke because they require higher kiln temperatures and the sulfur dioxide from the coke is absorbed into the process.
*-Cement plants and power plants are the 2 greatest consumers of pet coke. There is some limited use as space heating and in commercial brick kilns in Europe,America,Africa and a small but emerging market for met coal blending component for the steel industry. While the higher sulfur may limit the coke in a coal/petcoke blend in a plant designed for coal, more recently designed Circulating Fluidizd Bed (CFB) boilers can burn **0% high sulfur coke.
*-Petroleum coke has made significant inroads into the steam coal industry over the last few years and will continue to do so for a variety of reasons. Chief among them is that petcoke can serve as an excellent, inexpensive product to blend with coal in traditional coal fired boilers, and, in some newer boilers, can even replace coal entirely .
*-The qualities of coke at ASSEMBLE WASTE varied significantly: including low metals anode grade, and both low and high sulfur fuel grade coke
ASSEMBLE WASTE is capable ofhandling over  NINTY thousand tons of petroleum coke through several terminals located on the Texas Gulf Coast. In addition to petroleum coke, it also unload aggregates from ocean going vessels and loads soda ash and potash to export vessels.

    Petroleum coke (Pet coke/Petcoke)is a solid high carbon material which is produced as a by-product of the oil refining process. The chief constituent of petroleum coke is hydrocarbon (carbon content of ****7%, hydrogen content of 1.**8%), but it also contains nitrogen, chlorine, sulfur compounds and heavy metals. So the color of petroleum coke is black or dark gray.

     According to different quality, the petroleum coke can be used in manufacturing graphite, metal smelting industry and chemical industry. The main product of our company is high-quality low sulfur coke (the sulfur content of less than 0.5%) that is mainly used in preparing high power graphite electrode for the steel and aluminium industries and producing some special carbon products. And it is particularly valuable because the electrodes must be replaced regularly and the coke is produced exclusively from sweet crude oil, which is in diminishing supply.

-After calcining at high temperature, Petroleum coke can be transformed into Calcined Petroleum Coke(CPC)which is the important raw material of electrode paste and pre-baked anode.
