Calcium fluoride is widely used. With the progress of

metallurgy, chemical industry and building
materials, followed by light industry,

Metallurgical industry

in steel smelting, ferroalloy production, iron

smelting.
Chemical industry
Another important use of fluorite is to produce is produced

concentrate) with sulfuric acid in a heating furnace or

clinker during sintering, promoting the formation of
tricalcium silicate; In the ceramic industry,
fluorite is mainly used as porcelain glaze, which can
play a role in assisting color and melting in the production
process of porcelain glaze; Fluorite is also used in the
enamel industry and cast stone production.
