Stainless steel clad
plate
As an advanced new material, the stainless steel clad plate fully
realizes the complementary advantages of materials which both show
decay resistance, abrasive resistance, diamagnetism and
decorativeness of composite material, and exhibit good weldability,
moldability, ductility and thermal conductivity of base material.
Application of this material can significantly improve strength,
rigidity and impact load strength, reduce weight of structural
members, decrease costs significantly while ensuring technical
requirements, and this material is a new generation energy
conservation and environmental protection product.
1. Executive standard of stainless steel clad plate: refer to
GB/T8165-2008 Stainless Steel Clad Plate and Steel Strip
2. Product specification: thickness: 3mm≤ thickness ≤50mm, wherein thickness of cladding layer 0.5mm～5mm, basic layer thickness ＞2.5mm, width 1,500mm～2,400 mm and length ＜15,000mm.
3. Product type: common base materials: Q235A(B), Q345A(B), 20g, 20R, 16MnR, etc.
Common cladding materials: 0Cr13, 1Cr13, 0Cr17, 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni10Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti,
