If a foreign supplier wants to apply for Cotton AQSIQ, what requirements should he meet?

A: (1) possessing the legal operation qualification in the country (region) to which the foreign supplier belongs;
(2) having a permanent business premise and a certain scale;

(3) having stable goods source, and the relevant quality control measures;   
(4) being familiar with and abiding by the laws, regulations and rules of China regarding  inspection and quarantine for import cotton;
(5) There is no serious quality problems, never found harmful substance, no bad record during the cotton trading in last year.
