Features of Cross Column  
1. Main material of the cross column is thick board, so it shall be warmed before imposition of the main material and installation of components to avoid weld defect.
2. Components has been through heavy fusion penetration so that serious weld deformations occur.
3. The width of alar plate is small so that alar plate deformation correction is difficulty.
4. Assembly accuracy between Hshape steel and shape steel shall precision when cross shape components are installed.
5. The overall shrinkage stress will cause weld deformation, which is hard to correction, when cross columns are welded.
