For CIF buyer need to signe CPA with seller nominated shipping company 

1. Buyer issues ICPO with company registration certificate and copy of International passport.
2.Seller issues CI with tank number and TSR number to be included in CI, buyer countersigned within *4 hours and return back to seller.
3.Seller provides the tank farm contact to buyer for buyer to negotiate a minimum of **3 days tank extension to enable buyer and his team conduct dip test on product.
4. Seller issues the below PPOP documents to buyer's secured email for verification. i. Unconditional Commitment letter to supply
ii. Product Passport (Certificate of Analysis Report)
iii.Authorization To Sell and collect (ATSC)
iv. Refinery registration certificate
5. Within *8 hours buyer pays the cost for tank extension to enable the tank farm allow buyer to conduct dip test on the product.
6. Upon confirmation of buyer's payment, seller issues Fresh SGS and DTA to buyer. 7. Buyer conducts Q & Q on the product.
8.Seller loads the product into buyer's vessel or injects into buyers tank and issues all exportation documents to buyer,immediately buyer pays for the product via MT**3/TT.
