This is to urgently inform you that our Kazakhstan seller refinery has available allocations for Diesel EN**0 *0PPM, *0,**0mt for immediate SPOT delivery on high sea and the cargo will be re-routed to the desired designated port of a potential buyer.

Note, the vessel Bill of lading and inspection certificates will be provided for swift confirmation by the buyer side, upon signing the Tank take-over agreement.
