Description:
It is our patented production line for gelatin preparation and pre-process for capsule production. Materials can be melted, mixed and emulsified such as gelatin and medicine solution.

Feature:
The outstanding features include technical parameter controllable, proportion process checkable & better mixing and homogenizing and etc. The user can control parameters during operation such as temperature, material weight, positive pressure, negative pressure, moisture. All the parameters can be recorded and printed digitally. The system can automatically control positive/ negative pressure and temperature. Materials can be weighted in the proportion tank directly to avoid cross contamination during carrying materials. Vacuum deforming technique can guarantee the equal moisture content in each batch which saves manual inspection and interference. With the latest cutting technology, there is no need to grind coarse grain at first before entering the proportion tank. This saves the grinding process before proportion which shortens cycle time. With the special mixing and blending methods, the dynamic property and viscosity of materials is improved.

Structure:
It consists of a host machine, detecting reaction module, electro-mechanical control, display module, & working platform etc. The host machine includes bi-directional stirring& homogenizing proportion tank, hot-water exchanger, hot-water recycling pump, vacuum condenser, vacuum recycling pump etc. The detecting reaction module consists of weighing module, sensor, thermocouple, vacuum pressure gage, etc. The electro-mechanical control & display module consists of solenoid valve, pneumatic valve, PLC cell-type, electric switch, LED touch panel (computer) etc.

Application:
Can be used to mix gelatin, sugar, shampoo, glucose, face cream, candy and many many other materials that need to be mixed, blended or homogenized. Suit for liquid/liquid or liquid/solid solution. Modified agitators are available with adjustable rotating speeds and directions.
