4.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ doulbe RO system→Double RO tank→EDI system →Polish resin filter→ 18 MΩ/cm outlet water

5.Source water tank →Pretreatment parts→ cation resin →anion resin →Middle tank→Mixed bed →DI water→15MΩ/cm outlet water

1. Conductivity : 1us/cm.

2. Conductivity : 0.1us/cm

3. Resitivity:15MΩ/cm or 18 MΩ/cm
