The ELM **7 is a multi protocol OBDII Interface, which allows you to talk to your OBDII equipped vehicle using a COM connection for direct into your PC or Laptop. The ELM **7 interface supports the following Protocols :
• J***0 PWM  (Generally ford vehicles manufactured between ********5)
• J***0 VPW  (GM & some chrysler vehicles)
• ISO*****2  (TATA, Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Skoda & Most imports)
• KWP***0 (Chevrolet and some imports)
• ISO******4 (CAN) (most ***5 & newer vehicles)
Coupled with relevant OBD-II software the ELM **7 interface offers the following features:
• Read, Display and Clear Engine fault codes (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) - both stored codes and pending codes
• Switch off Check Engine light (MIL)
• Full database built-in of generic fault code definitions
