SALES PROCEDURE

2) Seller issue Proforma Invoice. 
3) Buyer sign PI and return with POF by MT**9
4) Seller issue *POP* & DTA 
5) Buyer conduct *Dip Test*. Seller issue Commercial Invoice.
6) Buyer makes the *Payment* by TT/MT**3
6) Buyer submit the *Q*8* of Vessel
7) Seller advises terminal and berth and loading laycan window
8) Buyer berths the vessel for loading operations, and start the *Loading*
9) On completion of loading, seller *Transfers Title* ownership to Buyer


Optional:  upon completion of First Trial by FOB-Fujairah purchase, to get far better Price, Buyer may opt to sign for *2 months contract supplies.
