Fully Auto transmission assembly line Conveyor :

According different transmission requirements of production process, there are many different transmission styles, such as single-row, multi-rows, wide-narrow, turning, climbing, upgrade, downgrade etc. Devices of common conveyor are as follows.

 Standard Configurations:

 1. Structure of stainless steel stander.

 2. Plastic steel flat top chain.

 3. Aluminum alloy barrier, plastic and abrasion resisting strip. 

 4. Stainless steel round footing column and tie rod with multi-row chains device.

5.High molecular plastic and turning slide way.

Conveyor power and devices:

1. Standard plastic driving and driven wheels 

2. Aluminum alloy square box and deceleration motor 

3. Transmission line power controller and speed governing 

4. Using spray electric controller to control and SCHNEIDER transducer to adjust speed.

5. To use SCHNEIDER air switch,  and breaker 

Automatic connect control system of non-pressure convey 

Using PLC computer programming, cooperate with the proximity switch and front/back transmission lines of pressure lever connect control, to achieve non-pressure transmission. That can avoid excessive accumulation and extrusion, cans falling and disordering when the cans or bottle are full. And decrease the friction between the can and transmission chain.
