GLT-â…¢ Automatic Dual Units Drip Pill Machine

        The large combined pill dropping machine of our company is developed based on the GLT-â…¢ single unit pill dropping, according to our clients demand for production. This production line is composed of 2 units with small occupied area, saving more labor. Compared to the single production line, this one saves more production cost and can be combined with many units, forming a lot of multi-unit group. This host applies cantilever chassis, PLC control and 10.1 Inch touching specification, and the specification can be set at random. It applies imported refrigerating group and rotation refrigerating liquid transformer together with multiple filtering system design in order to maximize the refrigerating quantity.
        At the same time, it lows down the labor difficulty of operators, simplifying the clearing work. A complete production line consists of the host and pill dropping processing device—centrifugal screening machine, without manual relay working. This production line is designed in a proper way with beautiful and generous outlooking. In the aspect of controllability, reliability, adaptation and humanized operation, it exceeds others of the same industry a lot, meanwhile, it enables the pill dropping device to meet GMP standards.
