Artificial stone mold making silicone rubber is generally named as two-part room temperature cure silicone rubber, which is a condensation cure system, features with a mix ratio of **3% catalyst, pot life in *0 minutes, mould will be formed after **6 hours.

Operation instructions 

Correct mixing ratio
Component A is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or vulcanizing agent. Usually the mixing ratio will be **3%, e. G. To **0g silicone rubber should be added 2g catalyst and then mix them thoroughly. (Note: The weight of the silicone and catalyst should be weighed correctly).

Pouring the mixture and curing

Pour the misxed Part A base silicone and CA**0 curing agent as soon as possible onto the original, avoiding air entrapment. The catalyzed material will cure to a flexible rubber within 6 hours(or faster by different mixing ratio or room temperature), we advice you de-mold after *4 hours, it is will improve the replicate times of silicone mold.

Storage and Precautions 

RTV*2 silicone for casting stone molds is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 9 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
