Automatic Flat Vulcanizing Rubber
Machine is machine equipment used for vulcanizing various rubber
and plastic products. Its main function is to induce
vulcanization reactions in materials such as rubber through
heating and pressure, to changing their physical and chemical
properties, enhancing their strength, elasticity, wear
resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The working principle of a vulcanizing machine is to place rubber
products into a heating chamber, raise the temperature through an
electric heating chamber, raise the temperature through an
electric heating tube or steam heating, and provide pressure
through a pressure system to promote the reaction between the
vulcanizing agent and rubber molecules. This equipment is widely

also has functions such as timed mold locking, automatic pressure
