Pointing Machine working procedure

1. Check whether the material bracket is stable before work, whether the machine tool switch is effective, and whether the gear guard is firm.

2. Before starting the machine, you should put the tools and sundries in the workplace.

3. When adjusting the roll gap, the gap pressure should not be too large to prevent the material from being crushed. When rolling the tip, press it gradually.

4. When feeding the rolling tip, the material rod must be gripped to prevent the bar material from sliding or lifting. For processing materials with a diameter of 18 mm or more, it is necessary to work together and pay attention to coordination and cooperation.

5. The tip of the material can not be touched by hand to prevent burns.

6. The position of the rack should be appropriate and the passage should not be blocked.

7. The discharged waste and oddments must be placed in the designated position.

8. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to approach the materials and equipment being run.
