1. The mealworm separator can sieve feces, remove skins, vacuum, select pupae and dead worms for the first time, and distinguish large, medium and small worms simultaneously. The speed and air volume of the selected insect belt are adjustable, and the speed of large, medium and small insects can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
2. The secondary sorting machine can complete the secondary sorting, lift the insects at the lower part to enter the color sorter, and return the selected healthy insects to the screening machine for three-stage screening of large, medium and small, vibrating pupae, dead insects, debris, etc. 
3. Color sorting machine can select black dead insects and debris through the color recognition of the sensor.
