Procedures:

 

PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE JET A1 FOB ROTTERDAM TTV (NON NEGOTIABLE)

*- BUYER sends ICPO complete with all company details, bank details, CIS and passport photo of the authorised CEO of the company.

*- SELLER issues a proforma invoice with ICPO reference for the BUYER to present to his bank.

*- BUYER sends Swift MT **9 for proof of sufficient funds to carry out the operation to the SELLER bank.

*- BUYER sends Q*8 of the vessel in readiness for loading.

*- SELLER sends DTA and ATV to BUYER authorizing immersion test in tankers to SGS certification company contracted by BUYER for Q&Q verification.

*- BUYER after checking Q&Q in tanks and agreeing with the results, makes payment.

*- SELLER issues Contract, final invoice and other documentation. As soon as he receives an MT **3 transfer in his bank, he transfers documentation and titles of the product.

*- SELLER releases and authorises the tank farm company to transfer the product to the vessel.

*- Once this first operation has been successfully completed, the BUYER can request an annual contract with monthly deliveries, which the SELLER will be happy to accept.
