TANK TO TANK PROCEDURE
 

1. Buyer issues an ICPO containing the seller's working procedure with banking details and a scanned 
copy of the buyer's passport along with a valid TSA and buyer company certificate of incorporation.
2. Seller issues a commercial invoice of the product in tanks at the port, to be signed by buyer and seller.
3. Seller issues to the buyer the dip test authorization document (DTA) which is to be signed by the 
buyer, the buyer logistic company, and then the seller.
4. Seller issues to the buyer the POP listed below:

a. Reservoir storage receipt with GPS coordinates of where the tanks are located.

b. Injection report

c. Certificate of Origin

d. Authorization to sell and collect.

e. SGS report.

f. Product Passport (Lab Analysis Report)

5. Buyer inspects by SGS on buyers expenses and sends TSR. Upon successful dip test in tanks,the 
product will immediately be injected into the buyer's tanks.
6. The buyer makes the payment for the product via MT**3/TT, and the seller pays the buyer side 
commissions and intermediaries; the seller also pays all the seller side commissions and intermediaries 
for this first shipment
