Application:

The BGY high-efficiency coating machine is an integrated laboratory special machine used for film coating on the surfaces of readitional Chinese medicine and Western medicine tablets and pills.

Its designed and manufactured according to GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.Its coating drum,spray device and casing are all made of stainless steel.

PLC control or manual control can be adopted throughout the whole process operation procedure.The control system is provided with many application programs and running status options.The rotation speed and temperature are subject to closed loop control.The closed chamber is subject to negative pressure open circuit control.The control parameters are displayed on the screen,and its provided with the function of recording and printing the working status.The coating operations are carried out under printing the working status without dust and splash of sprays.With such features as high effciency,high quality,good reliability,good cleanliness,energy conservation,convenient operation and comformance with SOP requirements,its widely applied in tests for medicine development.The BGF model adopts a split structure.The heating modes such as steam heating,electric heating and mixed steam-electric heating can be adopted.
