Description:

Matrix optical switch is  all-optical signal matrix switcher withhigh-performance and modular. It adopts MEMS technology and exchange control technology to use light as a signal transmission medium, with strong anti-interference ability and small signal attenuation amplitude.
The block diagram of M×N optical switch matrix optical path is shown in Figure 1. It is composed ofmultiple 1×N MEMS optical switch and  multiple  1×M MEMS optical switch cascade,arbitrary switching of M optical signal to N optical signal can be realized.
The matrix optical switch  provides blocking-free, completely transparent optical exchange, making it an ideal solution for telecommunications, data center, network security, and lab / production network operators, with flexible, reliable remote provisioning and fast path reconfiguration capabilities.
